Wedding Planning:

Vanilla Icing: Our most modest package is for couples who know how they want their wedding to look and feel, but just don’t know how to get started. This package is for couples that want to be involved in almost every aspect of their wedding planning, but need some direction. We offer pre-wedding consultations, wedding rehearsal coordination, and full coordination of the wedding day.

Chocolate Icing: Our Chocolate package is designed for couples who need design ideas, vendor help, decorating and design help. For couples who have all the right ideas, but need someone to contact vendors, give vendor suggestions, help design their over all look and put it into action, we offer coordinating abilities that don’t take control, but hold the reigns when you get overwhelmed. This package includes pre-wedding consultations, assistance in meeting with vendors at the necessary location, wedding rehearsal coordination, and full coordination of the wedding day.

Buttercream: From Engagement Ring to Get-Away Car wedding planning and coordinating, our buttercream package is for couples who want to turn over their wedding plans to Icing on the Cake Events. The couple can leave everything up to us, if they like, or simply let us handle all the details however big or small they are, while they give us their opinions before the final decision is made. This package is perfect for couples in the early stages of their wedding planning, couples who are having a destination wedding, are too busy to plan their wedding, want a unique, creative and elegant wedding but don’t have the ideas, or are working on a small budget and need to fit it all in! We offer all of our assistance and expertice, pre-wedding consultations, assistance in meeting with vendors at the necessary location, wedding rehearsal coordination, and full coordination of the wedding day.

Event Planning:

As the planner for your corporate events, private parties, fundraisers, galas, and just about any other event, we work on an hourly basis. Our services include all the necessary pre-event meetings with you and your vendors, and day of coordination of the event. We will meet with you to discuss all the vendor details and get an idea of the type of event and theme you are planning on hosting. Icing on the Cake Events will maintain weekly contact with you, or client, to give progress reports on the event. We also encourage frequent communication so your ideas are consistently being accomplished.

Icing on the Cake Events will be the main vendor contact; meeting with vendors, coordinating any contracts, maintaining all scheduling and oversight of function set-up. We will provide unlimited e-mail and telephone conversations throughout the planning process. We will also provide vendor confirmations up to two weeks prior to the event. Because we operate on an hourly basis for all of our Events, a proposal will be written up following our initial consultation and before the contract is signed.
